More then ever children are overwhelmed by external pressure and constant influences which can lead to disconnection from themselves. Within this class, they will be introduced to the concept of breathing, the importance of body movement and the benefits of stilling the mind.
Through varying weekly themes, games, poses and breath work, children will experience a yoga journey in a fun and safe environment.
