An event every week that begins at 10:00 am on Monday and Thursday, repeating until 2022-09-16
Join us for two hours of connection, calm and creativity. Exploring themes of gratitude, kindness, friendship and joy, we’ll practice breathing exercises and mindful relaxation, followed by a craft activity to complement the session. These classes are suitable for children aged 9-12 and parents are also welcome to attend. As a qualified teacher, mindfulness coach and iheart facilitator with a passion for mental health, I look forward to sharing some useful techniques to bring out your innate health and wellbeing.
