*What to do when tricky friendship situations and changes arise
*How to use a growth mindset to their advantage to achieve and believe (in themself)
*Growth mindset for friendships
*Mindfulness skills to help them regulate and feel ok with who they are within
*Focus on appreciation for what they already have and already are
*Gratitude skills and how to enhance their everyday life with this positive tool
…all done in an engaging manner with lots of games and creativity incorporated.
We have lots of brain breaks so each child stays focused and doesn’t miss out on any of this amazing info!
And we use movement to connect the attendees to their bodies, building greater body awareness and a mind-body connection.
Activities covered in each workshop are always different from the other workshops taking place in the same year so kids can attend the workshop again and learn new material!
